  • Pushing Mongo Episode 8
Happy Thursday, Mongoloids! On this easy, breezy episode of Pushing Mongo, Nick, and Stu remember dearly departed wrestlers Terry Funk and Bray Wyatt before taking the wayback machine, relaying tales of road rage fights, cheap beer, smokes, and being on the receiving end of a curb stomp. While on memory lane, our heroes take stops on forgotten St. Louis television commercials and jingles, commonly heard on KSHE-95 classic rock radio. Shout out to Sammy Hagar and REO Speedwagon. On the subject of music, Stu relives his (thankfully) imploded projects with dorky Glenn Danzig superfans and a Ramones tribute band before letting dreams die and selling all of his drums to a Spanish-speaking Christian church. The show ends with a dive into the Idaho State Corrections system's finest candidates in search of a new friend of the show and penpal. Grab your spread, inmate, put your feet up, and enjoy Episode 8!
