What do you do when you go out to eat and you're trying to lose weight or maintain it and you're unsure of what to eat or if you should just not go all together.

I'm going to share some tips I use for myself and for my clients that have gotten great results like:

1. Check out the menu before you go
2. Decide what you will and will not partake in
3. Have a light meal before hand that is macro friendly
4. Put your fork down between bites
5. Takes approx 20 minutes for your stomach to communicate
with your brain that you are full. Enjoy the meal
6. Drink water
7. Ask for a to-go box and put half the meal in it for leftovers..
typcially we get way more than we need. Dinners can be approx 700-1000+ calories
8. Focus on protein and veggies first
