Are you struggling with loneliness? Do you just really long for a good friend? Shawna’s been there. More than once, actually. As she prayed for a friend she also took some intentional steps to grow deeper in her relationships. You can too. We were created for meaningful relationship with God and with one another.

A couple weeks ago a temptation grabbed Perry’s imagination. The temptation was saying to him, “If you give in to this sin it will deliver all your heart is longing for.”

Shawna is so grateful for growing up in a Christian home where she always knew that God loved her. But there came a time when she personally decided to follow Jesus, even if her family didn’t. She shares her story with us.

Singer & songwriter, Rachael Lampa, was seemingly at the height of her career when she walked away from it all. She was working with her parents non-profit discipling women in jail when these words came to her, “You’re not a problem. You’re not a mistake. Don’t need fixing or solving.” That was the beginning of her new song that put her back on the road, “Perfectly Loved.”

Shawna got to sit down with Rachael at Unity Christian Music Festival and she shared the story behind “Perfectly Loved” and another song of hers called “Somebody To You.”
