We are certainly in a time that we will remember. There is so much going on around the World with COVID-19 and it is tough for everyone.
This gave me an idea of how I and so many others can channel all that concern into something to focus our attention and help us get through it.
If you are in a position to do so, document how this is affecting you, your family, your town, your country and even the World. This not only serves as a record for future generations but as a way to turn all the worry into an effort to help stay motivated during this stressful time.
In this episode, I share some thoughts and an example of how I'm trying to make the most of a difficult situation.
So many projects get abandoned or never started because people take the attitude "Someone else has already done it" and that's idiotic to be blunt. Until you do it, nobody has done it 'your way' and who's to say your take won't be the start of something big?
Oh, so a celebrity has entered your market? Great that means good news on exposure for you as well.
These thoughts and more on turning that frown into a cheer in this episode.
We all have priorities. Some we make, some we have to live with. But all of them have to be evaluated and responded to accordingly. Here is a few thoughts on that process.

My problem might be my biggest strength.
When I start something new I go all in, straight for the deep dive. I'll learn as much as I can, practice and push myself to do the best job I can at whatever it is. That's my strength, it should be yours as well.
A few thoughts on how to tackle new things and have a feeling of achievement rather than just dabbling at something on the surface.

We all do it, it's almost a subconscious act. We present ourselves a certain way to people we meet for the first time, maybe it's a client or maybe it's a gathering. But I think you need to try very hard to just be you for several reasons.

I know plenty of people out there set a new year resolution or two, but forget it. It's a bad idea for most and destined to fail.
I have a better suggestion, set regular goals instead.

Journaling has been one of the most popular topics, so I thought I would revisit and offer some ideas and suggestions on how you can start and what you may want to consider putting in a journal to keep you inspired and motivated.
I would love to hear your thoughts and tips, Contact me
It is very important to capture those ideas in any form you can when you have them, even when they might be rough quick thoughts. They do not have to be perfect, but capturing them is a must.
From a few simple words, or a sketch, to a couple of lines of text. Capturing even the beginning of an idea has to be a priority for you.

I have spoken a lot about working in teams in other episodes. So for this one, I thought I would turn it around and talk about the benefits of working solo if that suits your style and preference.
