William is a CPA in the state of TN and a registered appraiser in GA. He has obtained diverse experience in portfolio and single-asset valuation, transaction due diligence, valuation review, quality of earnings analysis, construction, and property management, through his work as a consultant with Ernst & Young in their Transaction Real Estate Practice, and as a Managing Partner with 4M REI in the private equity sector.

 

While with EY, William worked on large transactions such as the acquisition of Post Properties by MAA, a 25,000-unit portfolio purchase. Since 2017 while working in the private sector, William has been a general partner on over $55 million of multifamily acquisitions.

 

Additionally, he has acquired management and new construction experience through his portfolio in Nashville, TN. William’s real estate valuation, accounting, and auditing background provides focused, applicable experience and support during acquisition, and throughout the life of the investment.
