This podcast special is hosted by Wigan Athletic Supporters Club Chair, Caroline Molyneux and features Wigan Athletic head of player Administration, Sarah Guilfoyle, along with two young female footballers with very bright futures ahead of them, Ellie Duffy and Holly Mason.

We hear about the impact of this summers Euros and England's success, Holly tells us about her involvement with Wigan Athletic Ladies and the England set up, whilst Ellie recalls how she fought the FA to have Female Football U18s to be recognised as 'Elite' alongside the males.

Sarah tells us about life at the Latics and what she has come across in the course of her work with regards to attitudes towards females working at boardroom level.
