We all have been guilty of telling a white lie here or there but some people can take lies to a whole other level. Whether we have good intentions to protect others or to impress someone we like, a lie is a lie and honesty is most important. Listener, Ilena calls in to share her story of lying about having terminal cancer to make her son stop acting out and hanging around a bad group of kids. After her family and son gave money and cared for her during this fake illness, it resulted in the loss of contact with her son. Although he changed his lifestyle, he wanted nothing to do with his mom after figuring out the lie.

Giving birth is one of the most monumental moments in many mother’s lives. It brings up all the feelings and is a special sacred moment for a person and their newborn as well as their family. A listener writes in to explain how upset she is with her husband for facetiming his mom while in the delivery room as the wife was giving birth. To make matters worse, her mother-in-law then sent the facetime photos she screenshotted out to the family. This is invading her privacy and is causing her to hold resentment.

There are things that we may love and use daily, but we know are not good for our health. Reflecting on their lives, Moose and Breezy both have their things like inhaling the car air fresheners, drinking the daily caffeine, or inhaling the fresh smell of gasoline.
