We got this message from Rebecca and she said “Good morning guys - my name is Rebecca and I am in the middle on a spot right now! Here is the situation, my best friend of 10 years just got engaged and we are all so happy and excited for her, its been a long time coming. Her wedding is next year and I am going to be the maid of honor, now a little background on me… I am married and my husband and I are going to start trying for kids here any time now. Well we were, until my friend recently took my out to lunch, sat me down, and told me I am not allowed to be pregnant for her bachelorette party or her wedding. She states she wants me their, fully present, and claims if I am pregnant… I won’t be as fun and essentially ruin her day. Now I love my friend and I am happy for her obviously but not enough to put my life on hold. That honestly just doesn’t seem fair to me to put my family planning on pause for her. Would she do that for me? Is that even fair to ask? I would love to know what you and your listeners think because I am having a really hard time with his and my husband is moments away from losing his cool!” What do you think?

We got this message from Deana: Hi Moose and Breezy, I am totally fine if you use my real name. My husband and I have noticed that the whole body image issue is already taking place with our 11 year old daughter and its concerning. Wanted to come on to see if anyone can shed some light on how to handle this particular situation before it gets worse. I know Breezy has opened up in the passed with her situation when she was in high school. My daughter only being 11 makes me wonder how long this has actually been going on for. Last week she came home from school and before dinner she looked down at her thighs and wondered why they were so much bigger and fatter then the other girls. So I got down on her level and touched her thighs, and said they aren't big or fat they are perfect for your body, this is all muscle , because you are so strong and you play hard. No matter how I feel about my body on any given day I only do positive body talk in front of my kids. I knew that there would be a day where she doubted the perfection of her body , I didn't expect it to be at 11. I want to see my daughter not give another ounce of energy or thought into comparing herself to other people. How do I raise a daughter who doesn't spend her life with a disdain of the body she is growing? I was expecting this at some point but not yet. I wasn't ready...Thanks for reading my message on the show I appreciate you both. Ok this is so relatable on so many different levels. Parents lets help our girl Deana out.
