David Lee Sadai is the author of UNRAVELING MADNESS- A Spiritual Roadmap To Finding Meaning And Purpose.
His journey to enlightenment is so raw and genuine that anyone could dive into this book and apply his wealth of knowledge to their lives. Even the structure of this book is laid out so well, that I had excerpts from it at the tip of my tongue after a quick read before sitting down with him.
David's life through service in the Canadian Military, fatherhood, and his eventual awakening is not only interesting but inspirational. He also has a presence that I can only describe as soft focus with a precise purpose.
It was an absolute pleasure spending the evening with David and opening my eyes to what the human mind is capable of when we take the time to focus from within.

The King of Shine! Darren Darvill has faced adversity head-on and has transformed his passion into a true underdog success story! He has set the bar in auto detailing with Resurrection Auto Detailing so high that not only has he been named our city's "Best New Business", but has become an absolute student and educator of his craft. Constantly improving himself to the point that what he does is not just a service, but a science.
If you're from our city, you've probably heard the name Grant Hamilton.
He was hands-down one of the best writers and journalists our local newspaper ever had, and the people of Brandon were both lucky and fortunate to have him keeping us well-informed all those years.
These days, he's not only the Marketing Communications Officer for Brandon University but a passionate advocate for efficient and safe active transportation right here in Brandon.
Does it take an arm and a leg to inspire change? Not always. Sometimes all it requires is a strategically placed finger.

My friend Tyson finally pops by for a visit to discuss deep connections we share in our community, acting, and even puppeteering! Our "quick chats" generally end up turning into 2 hour conversations, so it was time to sit down in front of the mics. A gem of a man and always a pleasure to talk to.
Absolutely one of a kind! From the Dojo to the fairway, Chris Kading is nothing short of passionate when it comes to his love and dedication for both Jiu Jitsu, and Golf.
Deer Ridge Golf Course is hands down, one of the most enjoyable courses I have ever played, and Chris's personal attention to detail shines through from the first tee to the final hole.
His other passion, Jiu Jitsu is showcased at the Brandon Academy of Mixed Martial Arts where Chris is not only a seasoned fighter, but is also an amazing instructor.
His connection to his students is nothing short of inspiring, whether it is on the greens, or on the mat. Chris puts his heart into everything he does, and it shows.
Health and well being expert Ja On Hillman returns for my first Face-to-Face podcast in my new studio to talk about everything from health to convoys to marketing yourself as an entrepreneur.
Tim Black is truly one of the most adaptable and well known hosts of Canadian radio. It was an absolute privilege to have him pop on for a conversation about his amazing life and career. He has met, and become friends with some of the county's most talented musicians and has overcome obstacles throughout the years that would make most people throw in the towel. His strength, perseverance, and heart are just a few of the qualities that make Tim not only an amazing father, husband, and radio host, but someone I'm proud to call a friend.
From the prairie town of Dauphin, Manitoba to the booming city of Johannesburg, South Africa.
Dave Major is an old friend who has travelled, quite literally across the world to help create a better one for the farmers, students, and people of the country he now calls home.
His company, Buffalo Bicycles has revolutionized basic transportation in Africa by enabling farmers to get their goods to market more efficiently, students to be able to travel to classes, and workers to seek out employment that may have been simply too far away by foot.
A simple idea, but an amazing story of entrepreneurship and philanthropy which is nothing short of inspiring.
Check out www.buffalobicycle.com to get involved, or to donate and help change the lives with a simple item we all take for granted... a bicycle.
Jason Gobeil is a father, a friend, and a contemporary voice in the First Nations community who is helping men navigate through this crazy ride called parenthood while keeping culture in the forefront and guiding fathers into the future while preserving the traditions of the past. Awesome conversation, and a great way to launch season 2!
Jason Teale is a long time friend. We've known each other for over 20 years, and worked together a lifetime ago.
He's a Brandon boy who has been living and teaching in South Korea since 2003 and is a brilliant photographer. He has his Masters in Education, and his photos have been featured in National Geographic. He also hosts The Sajin Photography Podcast, which inspired me to start my Q and U Podcast.
I was fortunate to be able to catch up with him, discuss how the pandemic is being dealt with in Korea versus here in Canada.
I was absolutely blown away to find out that in an area, roughly the size of Manitoba, with a population of over 51,000,000 people, they got this under control far quicker, and with far less restrictions than we have dealt with.
