KC, or Kelsie, as I know her is the morning host on Pure Country 101.1. She is an absolute ray of sunshine behind the mic, and our city is incredibly fortunate to wake up to her voice everyday.
She and I go way back. In fact, we once lived together roughly 15 years ago.
We get into a bit of everything including the pandemic, consumption of massive amounts of food in public, life coaches, and the uncanny ability for men to shut their brains off at will.
She's bubbly, she's loud, she's the first "lady" to grace my Podcast, and it was such a treat to catch up with her.
Chris Latcham is hands down one of the most adaptive financial advisors in our city. He has seen his share of ups and downs in the financial world over the years, and has helped his clients navigate through them.
The past 15 months has been, undoubtedly, one of the toughest times for anyone to be able to plan for their future. Luckily, Chris has the uncanny ability to see the light at the end of the tunnel, and can help get people onto a positive path when it comes to their financial well being.
Dan Aberhart has been a friend, a client, and we have been each other's soundboards for years. His insights into the human experience has sparked an abundance of conversations in my chair, and I look forward to our visits every month. To have him on my podcast, and not have to cut our talk short to get to my next client was a BLAST!
His company Aberart Ag Solutions is taking farming into the next century with revolutionary products that help the people that feed us do it less negative impact with less chemicals. The way he markets it absolutely intriguing, with content that literally sucks me into a world I don't understand, yet can't stop watching.
We dive deep into health, motivation, farming, and healing ourselves by taking responsibility for ourselves.
From putting an offer on your first home to retiring in your condo, real estate can be confusing, so I brought on two absolute pros in the industry to answer YOUR questions about the biggest purchase you may ever make! I jumped on the opportunity to bring in Laurie Brugger and Bill Nicholls from Century 21 Westman Realty Inc. to answer the questions YOU sent me to ask! These two are veterans in real estate, and are my mentors in my journey as a real estate agent.
Shaun Cameron is an actor, historian, and the acting deputy mayor of our city. He has an amazingly genuine concept of community and absolutely loves living here and serving his neighbors as a city counselor. Shaun is wise beyond his years, and was a real treat to have on as a guest, and is a perfect ambassador for our city.
Brian Sutherland and his wife, Amber have created a legacy in Grim Acres. A Halloween haunt that not only entertains hundreds of families, but raises money for cancer research. He has a heart of gold, and is truly an inspiration. We got a chance to talk about health, motivation, and breaking bad habits that hold us back.
Tyler Glen has been on air for over 30 years, and many of us have started our days to his incredibly entertaining voice on our way to work. Tyler has been, and will forever be part of the fabric of our community, and is one of the most recognizable voices in radio.
It goes without saying that I was pretty fired up to have him here for his first "on air" appearance since retiring from his morning show on 94.7 STAR FM.
He's great friend, a long time client in my chair, and one of the friendliest, genuine people I've known.
From parasailing, to the pandemic... it's one hell of a conversation!
Ja-On Hillman is one of the most motivated people I know. He's an Osteopathic Therapist, an entrepreneur, and a truly insightful individual who has led the way in pain management in our city for years.
My friend Chris Thomas pops by to talk about his journey from a simple idea to a business that, in my opinion provided countless restaurants across the country with a lifeline during one of the toughest times in economic history. I've seen his business evolve from day one, and I am so blown away by his drive and commitment, that I absolutely had to have him on to share his story.
My friend Dale McKay joins me from Canada's largest First Nations Community to reconnect, discuss life in this crazy pandemic, and let me in on what it's like being in law enforcement during such an insane time.
