This month, we are celebrating the release of "Breaking Down" by CorVett and Cherry, which is currently charting at #12 on Breakbeats on Beatport! CorVett joins QSH Radio this December with a groovy guest mix highlighting some of his current favs as well as his own EP.

CorVett is a Toronto-based music producer and DJ notorious for serving up fresh, funky, and foolish sets that keep the dance floor lit, moving, and laughing. Since 2020, CorVett has been crafting his signature sound, which he has dubbed "Break'n into the Discotech," blending the infectious sounds of tech, bass & disco house with indie dance & a splash of breaks. Having released a Beatport-topping EP on Wiggle Room Records last summer and with more notable releases on the horizon, CorVett has solidified his presence in the dance music scene.

December 19th, our friends at Qwerk Records are dropping a Qwompilation, which Azeria has highlighted in her intro mix this month. Be on the lookout for this compilation tomorrow.

QSH Radio November welcomes The-Mannequin as our guest! Enjoy this episode with Artsychoke and The-Mannequin while Azeria is away for the month.

This episode's intro dives into a more underground techno sound before handing you off to The-Mannequin. The-Mannequin has two remixes coming out on Quack Squawk Honk NEXT Friday, November 21st, on Sunflower Palooza Remixed. The entire remix album is charting in 9 different genres on Beatport and reached #79 on the overall charts! The-Mannequin remixed "Worlds Most Hated" by Artsychoke and Emuh, as well as "Liar" by Artsychoke. The-Mannequin is making a return to Quack Squawk Honk after remixing two of L3NA's tracks back in September on Do My Own Stunts Remixed. This episode, Tommy Echelon joins us for a guest mix featuring both of his brand new tracks on Quack Squawk Honk! His EP, "Tommy's Trip", comes out everywhere this Friday, October 24th.

Tommy's Trip is a journey through Tommy Echelon's most recent acid-house production project featuring beautiful vocals from Erica Ambrin. This EP is a perfect addition to the Quack discography; these two capture creativity and freedom of self-expression at its finest.

Two artists from Northern California, with their beginnings in completely different genres, these artists have found a unique and artistic way to express their separate styles in one song. Something Sweet is a hypnotic acid house track with catchy vocals from Erica Ambrin. This track captures such strong emotion and feeling behind the driving acid bass and the simplistic yet memorable vocal lines. This makes the song a stand-out amongst a lot of new music in this genre.

Watch Me is a heavier style acid tech house track, also with original vocals from the Quack team. This track has a bouncy sound with a rebellious and confident tone to the vocals and overall hook. This track is a certified dance floor filler.

OJ is a DJ and producer based in Los Angeles. The pull to dive into electronic music came from experiences of catharsis and connection in LA’s underground and while living in Paris. She’s been DJing since 2019, building credibility as a genre-bending artist mixing techno, breaks, house, and electro into powerful grooves and adapting to a variety of settings. From warehouses to Sound Nightclub, OJ has played for some of LA's most respected parties. Her debut EP “Portal Access Points” - released late 2024 on Delusional Records - showcases her sonic range, spanning breaks, techno, and progressive. OJ has also released on Lots of Practice, Never Be Alone, and DALF Records, with more music on the way.
