On this episode of the Quality Goods podcast Anson and Chris sit down with Ari Vega, freelance make up artist out of San Francisco. We talk about her early inspirations and what motivated her to start her own YouTube channel. We discuss where she honed her skills as an artist, what challenges she has faced growing her brand, having a video go viral internationally, and how to find ways to continually put out creative content. And did we mention, she does this pretty much all on her own? This is another great story of how a hobby can turn into a good business opportunity and connect people from all over the world through common interests.

Samuel Bostick and Vicken Donikian are the multi-talented duo behind the Berkeley based brand Good Fishing. Their creative partnership was born in college, but it wasn’t until they both lived across the country that they formed what would later become Good Fishing. They brought those ideals back to the Bay Area where they’ve been cultivating an organic following through their vibrant apparel and events. It was a great conversation about redefining success and doing it on your own terms.
Anson and Chris do a recap on the movie powerhouse that has ruled the box office for the better part of the last decade, the Marvel Cinematic Universe. With Endgame recently capping off what has been one of the most ambitious story cross over successes in the history of film, we thought it only right to discuss what a quality run they've had by giving our take on what we loved and how it has affected us and the world as a whole. Whether you’re a casual fan, or a comic book enthusiast, we hope you enjoy this recap of the box office killers known as the MCU.

Ricky Davis is better known these days as the man behind Pie Dreams, a company based out of Fremont, California. As one of Anson's oldest friends, the guys reminisce about their time growing up in the same neighborhood and where his creative interest first started. They touch on his background as both a writer and photographer and how he now finds the balance between family and honing his skills as a Pie Smith. They discuss how the idea for this brand came about, and how it eventually led to a partnership with a name new to the Bay Area, but not the burger world, Shake Shack. This is great story that should inspire everyone to step out of their comfort zone to see what the world has to offer and a little reminder to us all that Pie’s the Limit.
