Hello everyone! Hope things are as well as possible during quarantine, please be safe and wash your hands! 

We've had a couple of setbacks, if nothing to major, so our full episode should come soon. But in the meantime and during this quarantine period, I, Frank, thought it could be interesting to share some ideas and insights, if only to keep close and keep you all copa during this time.
