The first step towards self mastery is self discovery but before being able to discover self one must get rid of the βdeadweightβ in our lives. Deadweight can be mental (anxiety) , physical (dirty house, being overweight, eating junk food), emotional (depression), spiritual (feeling disconnected, social (toxic friendships, relationships).
