Listen, I know I'm not the only one who has been struggling to get her shit together over these past couple of weeks! Getting the most basic tasks done lately has been so hard and I've just been in a funk that I am dying to get out of!
On this week's episode, I identified a few key areas of my life that needed improvement and then offered up tips for myself to use! LOL! Of course I HIGHLY encourage you to do the same! First, identify where you are lacking and/or what needs you have that are not being met. Then, forgive yourself for being where you currently are or in other words, show yourself some GRACE! Up next, come up with SOLUTIONS to your issues, and last but not least, put those babies into practice!
And the FINAL step, checking in with yourself periodically to track your progress/growth! I think we can all admit now that burnout is a part of the process of being an adult, we all experience it at one point or another and that's okay. What's not okay is bonding with our traumas and issues. As we close out this year, I want to be sure to tie up any lose ends that I do not want following me in 2022.
