Let's Talk Let's Talk on this Thanksgiving Eve.  Checking in with all the listeners on this Wellness Wednesday and giving thanks for life.  Things may not go the way it seems but even during this time we have to be thankful.  Be thankful for the storm, be thankful for the process and last but not least be thankful for the transition.  Tune In listeners as give you a little food for thought!!!!!

What's Up What's up Listeners!!!! We are back after a two week break.  Sometimes when life happens, the unexpected can happen.  Does not necessarily mean a negative thing but can very well be.  It really depends on if you will allow the unexpected take control of your mental health. Taking things personal can affect your mental health whether it is Good or Bad.  Are you looking for validation? Are you taking everyone's perception of you personal? Everyone's perception of you is their perception but you don't have to take it personal! Don't take nothing personal but your growth because mental health matters and so do you!!

Grief and loss can come in many stages and levels where your emotions seem like they are getting the best of you! Many don't know that grief and loss can be a breakthrough to you beginning a new life or journey! Interested in knowing how that's possible.  Tune in to find out!
