Many people think dealerships rip consumers off. While we do understand that they have to pay overhead and make enough money to pay and train their employees be equipped with the best tools, and have a supply of parts. That is not what often happens.

Here we experienced a tech staff member take advantage of a situation for his own benefit. Rendering a vehicle inoperable, when we tried to sell it to a private party, but when offered to buy it, at a lower price, it was instantly operable again.  Interesting, to say the least.
