Hey, Hi, Hello, Friend. So today my guest is Charlie Warner. Charlie (she/they) is an entrepreneur, professor, speaker, and purpose–driven leader who loves exploring our human relationships with work. She is the founder of Human|Work, a professional education platform and mentor network on a mission to "humanize the nature of work."
Charlie specializes in strategic alignment and loves working with purpose–driven humans in aligning to work that works for them. She has her MBA and teaches strategy and leadership as an Adjunct Professor at Westminster University. In October 2024, she was on the TEDxSaltLakeCity stage sharing about how natural ecosystems can inspire more resilient, sustainable, and abundant businesses and workplace cultures. I loved getting to chat with Charlie about their TEDx talk, as well as how being queer is a privilege, how mentorship is different from coaching, and how expansive being queer is as well as the compersion of queer joy. You can check out their TEDx in the show notes as well as where to find out how to contact them and follow their work. I hope you like listening to this conversation as much as I had having it.
