This mix is a remake of the set I made for @sicnalradio. Because of the very bad sound quality, I decided to re-mix it at my little home studio. I normally wanted to wait a bit, but the urgent case of a POC trans woman in need forces me to publish it now.

Due to the lockdown restrictions she is experiencing a terrible foreclosure, which has led her to current viral threat, in lack of any resource in order to pay her bills, we are making an effort to raise some money so that she can continue to have shelter, electricity and water until travel is open and she can to continue her struggle for survival.

Most of us have found ourselves in a similar situation and for many trans people this precariousness never ceases.

As a Trans Woman you know that if you want something you have to do it yourself. The most stunning example of a human being creating a whole scene is "La Bella" Crystal Labeija, mother of the house of Labeija and legendary trans woman who opened the ballroom scene.

It was rage about the discriminatory racist system that made her create the first ball for black queens.

This mix is an homage to the queen who died too soon.

The Trans Day Of Remembrance is a day we mourn our siblings who were murdered because of the hatred towards trans people.

One of the most popoular documented murder of a trans woman was Venus Xtravaganza, a young iconic Latina famous for her appearance in "Paris is Burning".

She was found four days later, on Christmas day, strangled and hidden under a bed at the Duchess Hotel in New York.

The murderer never got caught. The death of Venus still hurts so much, because we have a documented tape which shows the aspiring model so full of life with all of her dreams and hopes.

She stands for so many young trans women who are murdered every day.

This set is an homage to Venus and thus and homage to all the young girls gone too soon. As much as they want us dead, we will keep on living and dancing.

This is not a mournful set, it is a set like Venus, vivid, cunt, sassy and sexy!

Finally a herstorical set through the depths of black, latino and queer culture! It was partially the set you could hear at the third installment of the Feuertonne @Kampnagel Hamburg. The audience craved to dance inside this pandemic we all have to face. It was such a heartwarming experience! Please have fun with my set and stay safe!

This set is based on my appearance on the KINKY SUNDAY´S stream at the PAL Hamburg. I re-mixed my set in my livingroom in a higher quality with some minor changes. My dearest listeners,

after many inquiries to post my set of the Queer Bcademy at the Kampnagel, here it is! It is an hommage to the old FRONT Club in Hamburg. It was the most influencial gay club in the 80s when it brought the Chicago and Acid House to Germany. I was too young to actually party at the FRONT, but I was willing to give it a try recreating what I would play at a party. This re-mixed set is the first hour of my actual hommage to the FRONT at the Queer Bcademy. Have fun with it in the quarantine and stay safe my loves,
