In this episode, Harry is joined by Leodhais Macpherson, a Newcastle native who ran 128 marathons in 128 days to honour his brother, Connor, who lost his life to suic*de at just 21 years old.

What began as a simple effort to fundraise donations allowed Leodhais to openly speak about his brother for the first time in 7 years, with the support of family, friends, and a growing online community of over 25 thousand people.

The conversation explores how we can support others through suic*de bereavement and the power of opening up about grief.

Ann advises the Welsh Government, works with Public Health Wales, and has helped shape national standards and guidance that influence how suic*de prevention is approached across health, media, policy and workplaces.
