Fad diets and Workout Routines through the 80's and 90's were swapped out for many things over the years, but the challenge is still the same: When we attempt to exercise and care for our bodies, there is a tendency to overdue it, and then fold, and repeat. It's time to ditch the new year's resolutions and yo-yo diets with small, steady progress. Tune in to be reminded how to do just that.

It is easy to just take down time as it comes and to fill it with alcohol, drugs or distractions, yet there are times in life when a more conscious approach is needed.

From the Roman elite to the Epstein Files, our society has been brandished in unchecked lust when unchecked power gets bored, and this unchecked lust can live in any of us, at any time.

When we can admit that, and choose to transmute this energy into love and compassion, we can all find a greater sense of joy and compassion.

Just like the Romans, our current Elite have risen into this sickness because we had chosen to hide our faces from their atrocities. We cannot afford spiritual bypass. We all have a responsibility to act with more compassion if we are to evolve beyond this in the next 5,000 year cycle.

Almost all of us are addicted to the creations of others, when we can be creators and so much more. Our world needs our best, not our criticism.

Words we use are spells, and that is why it is called "spelling". The media, Corporations and Politicians literally run the world by pushing narratives on repeat. That is THEIR reality.
