It's your most valuable asset when you work in audio. Your hearing is the thing that makes your sound, well... your sound. No matter which side of the glass you work on, if you can't hear, you can't work.

Voice Over artists and performers need to hear themselves and their cues, and Audio Engineers, well, there's no need to explain what ANY sort of hearing damage can do to them.

SO what is Tinnitus, and what causes it. How can we work around it if we have it, and most importantly how can we prevent it?
