Sometimes you can go into a situation where everything's great. People want to stay great. Sometimes you can go into a situation where things are good, and people want them to be great. And then sometimes you can go into a situation where things are not so good. And people want them to turn around to be good, and then ultimately be great.

What is the Mindset for individuals on Winning Teams? Bennie shares his experiences in his first year at the Denver Broncos that was already a winning team. They already knew what the goal was and what they knew they could achieve, which was the Super Bowl because the team that was put together in free agency put together through the draft.

In his rookie year, they had signed Emmanuel Sanders. Then it was Wes Welker. Second-year it was Peyton's third year there. The team was all about winning a championship. That's what the main goal was when you sign players of that nature.

Bennie talks about trying to be even greater, and win the ultimate prize and win the Super Bowl.

Everybody has a story to tell and they should tell their story because it separates them from everyone else. We have similar characteristics but nobody's ever the same. When you talk about building a winning brand you think about someone like LeBron James. He's more than an athlete, that's his brand and everything that he's doing.
