Plant good seeds in your children. Be mindful that every seed you plant, whether it's good or bad, it will grow. Create the life that you want for yourself & your children.

1.) pray the pain away 2.) drink up to 2cups of hot water (as hot as you can stand) 3.) run steaming hot water on a towel & place that towel onto your stomach where the pain is. 4.) have faith that the pain is gone away.
