He also successfully maxed out of 5 years on parole in 2013 and became the Program Coordinator at Amiracle4sure, Inc, a non-profit, black-owned organization that he cofounded with his mother, Marsha Banks. Tim is also a cofounder of one of PA's first black-owned craft breweries, Harris Family Brewery.
