The Healing Process is not understood. This process is rushed, ignored, or never done. The rushed process gives you a quick result that never lasts. You keep disregarding what happened due to not understanding why it happened. The repeated actions that happened to you because you keep yearning to heal for real.

Building a mental wall takes time and dedication. Selecting the proper tools and energy to add to your equipment should be taken into accountability because we want to build the right wall to protect our mental health because everyone will try to knock it down but you can't let them distract nor destroy because you are strong!!

Listening temperament is a way to manage our anger inside because we aren't listening to ourselves during a heated conversation. We have to start listening more often so we can understand what that person is saying to us. When we listen we get more across due to comprehending what they are saying.

How often do you speak to yourself and allow yourself to be brutally honest. Listen to this episode is just for you. Take the time to evaluate what is dragging you down from being your best self. Even the individuals around you don't want you to grow. Wake up that sleeping Wolf so you can go hunt and become your best self. Tell the world. Enough is enough!
