Steve Drummond has been researching the disappearance of Jimmy Hoffa since 1975. He has a background with law enforcement in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Steve's first personal experience with the Jimmy Hoffa case came while he was 19 years old. Since then he has been researching the disappearance of Jimmy Hoffa. He started the Finding Hoffa podcast and website in 2019. Montgomery J. Granger is US Army Reserve Major (ret). was called up to serve on 9/11/2001 by his Uniondale, NY reserve center on Long Island.  In Jan 2002 he was tasked with helping to run the military detention facility at the U.S. Naval Station at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. In the fall of 2004, Major Granger was deployed to Iraq and served 14 months of active duty there on his third deployment after his stint at Gitmo and one at Ft Dix, NJ. In Iraq he served in Baghdad, Abu Ghraib, Camp Bucca, and Ashraf, Iraq, as Medical Service officer for military detention facility operations. Irishman author Charlie Brandt (who wrote I Heard You Talk Houses) discusses how Frank "the Irishman" Sheeran got to know Mafia don Russel Buffalino.

The late Charles Brandt was a stellar trial attorney prosecuting many murder trials in Delaware and was an authority on criminal law and cross examination and obtaining confessions. His work eventually led to him forming a professional relationship with Teamster official Frank "the Irishman" Sheeran who was a close associate of Jimmy Hoffa who disapperaed in July, 1975 under mysterious circumstances. Brandt's able defense work with Frank won him early release from prison in his old age and began a new chapter in Sheeran's life in which Sheeran wanted to tell the story of his difficult life, his relationship with Hoffa and Russel Bufalino and his many crimes in order to start over again as a man who repented of his murders.
