Dear listeners, today we are with sura 17 The Night Journey Alisraa الاسراء. Verses 9-15. The life lessons we can take from these verses are: -Remember the Quran is here to show us the straight path. -Read it daily and have an alarm on your phone and contemplate on its words/ verses. For example sura67 Almulk can be read before bed. Or in the morning sura 45 verses 1-5 Alfatih / for victory. Or sura 56 Alwaqiaa to remove poverty from your life. - Remember the Quran gives believers who do right ; good news and good rewards. Your rewards are here and there. Verse 14 ( read your record, today your own soul is enough to calculate your account). This verse reminders us to have good goals , achievements and to keep our intentions for Allah in everything we do. No matter how small it is. 🤲 Allah bless us with your guidance, to be on the straight path, to be from the faithful who do good and gain great rewards here and there. Ameen 💐

Dear listeners, we are at the end of sura 18 The Cave Alkahf الكهف verses 107-110. The life lesson for today is; Those that believe in the One and only God and do good deeds are promised paradise. So when you do anything in your daily life put your intention /alniyah/ النيه that it is to do good in this world, that it’s for the sake of Allah and be happy that you are following the words of God. 🤲 Allah creator of this world and of these verses in the Quran bless us and give us the best of both worlds 💐Ameen

Salam. We are in sura 18 verses 54-59 The Cave Alkahf الكهف. Our life coaching lesson for today Is to remember that this Quran is a message of guidance for all humanity. It carries messages of guidance and warnings. So use it in your daily lives and ask God the Most Forgiving and the Most Merciful for help in all your matters big and small. There is a Duaa called Istikhata. Use it daily you will find yourself less stressed less worried and have more tawakul 🤲 istikara Duaa is recorded below . Hi, Todays life lesson is from verses 32-44 from sura 18 The Cave Alkahf الكهف. Allah is the One and only everything you have is from Him. So be grateful and say verse 39 ( Masha Allah / This is God’s will. There is no power except with Him لا قوه الا بالله . ) when you see something/ someone Amazing. And Remember verse 44 ( the only protection is that of God, He is the True God. He gives the best rewards and the best outcomes). So fix your intention for Him do what you can in life and leave the outcome for Him. 🤲 Ya Allah , to you we submit , as you said in the Quran there is no power except with you , bless us with the best rewards of both worlds and the best outcomes. 💖Ameen

So that everything we do is for God and to do good. No one will say God willing I plan to do wrong! So even with your words be sure to say what has value. Dear listeners, we are in sura 18 verses 9-21 The cave Alkahf الكهف. A story that reminds us : regardless of your age, when you put your trust in God , He will never let you down. The young men in this story asked God for His Mercy and to get them out of their ordeal verse 9 and by verse 16 God showers His Mercy on them and gives them an easy way out of their ordeal. Now what better life lesson for today than this Duaa. 🤲 Allah creator of the heavens and earth and everything between them , thank you for sending us prophet Mohammed and the Quran. We ask you to shower us all with your Mercy today and everyday and to give us all easy ways out of our ordeals. For you see us all, hear us all and know what is in all our hearts. Ameen 💖

Prayer is your life lesson , it gives you a structured day, you fix your intention with fajir prayer and ask Gods for the best of the day in everything it has to offer. A structure of five prayers dividing your day and with it you do your job / studies with the intention of it being righteous deeds. Knowing that God is guiding you and listening. What better life can you have , with a peaceful heart filled with the love of God and a promise by the Lord of Mercy to be fulfilled. 💐 God bless us to be wise in our lives, in our communication with others and in the choices that come our way.
