A couple of weeks ago, at the monthly Zikr Gathering in our home, I shared some reflections on the verse:

"So indeed, with difficulty, there is ease. Indeed, with difficulty there is ease." [Quran 94: 5-6]

Allah always speaks truth, even though it takes some reflection to see the truth of this verse. I give 5 insights into how any of us can instantly find ease and relief, even in the midst of real difficulty and challenges.

These all apply, no matter how drastic the situation: from loss of loved ones, to disease, death, famine, war and worse.
