Jim Baird, a dairy farmer from Lanark 🐄, shares his journey from studying entrepreneurship through Nuffield to becoming vice-chair of Nuffield UK. Liz Bowles, CEO of Farm Carbon Toolkit 🌾, reflects on her experience as a Nuffield Scholar studying collaboration in the red meat sector. Her work focuses on helping farmers reduce emissions while improving profitability and biodiversity. 🌱💡
