Focusing solely on performance can destroy someone’s heart and spirit. True improvement comes from emphasizing effort, resilience, and the process itself. When people are encouraged to get back up and try again, their performance naturally improves as a result. Performance should never be the primary focus—it’s a byproduct of refining how things are done and how they feel during the process. Whether you’re building a culture or helping someone grow, the key is to improve the underlying elements, not chase an ambiguous and uncontrollable end goal.

These approaches require completely different mindsets and strategies, highlighting the unique challenges and opportunities of each.

I believe in being generous, even when others may not appreciate it or might try to take advantage of it. The key is finding a balance—staying kind and open without letting others' actions change who you are. It’s about protecting your heart while continuing to act with integrity and generosity.
Sometimes, all it takes is a simple mindset shift to make today a good day.
No matter what challenges lie ahead, choosing to approach the day with positivity and purpose can transform how we experience it.
Today is a chance to move forward, no matter how small the step.
We're still using noisy, gross diesel power generators because viable alternatives often don't exist for consumers. The real issue lies on the supply side—there's a lack of entrepreneurs willing to innovate and disrupt this outdated market. To make meaningful change, we need to encourage entrepreneurship and support innovators who are ready to take the leap. Transforming this market won’t be easy, but it's necessary if we want to move toward cleaner, quieter, and more efficient power solutions.
While everyone else focuses on immediate gains, I'm investing years into tasks that seem mundane or beneath me. People might think I'm wasting my time or falling behind, but I know that this commitment is essential to start a business and make a real difference in the world.
