  • What Do You Choose To Fill Your Tank?
Everybody has something that they used to fill their tank. What do you use to fill your tank?
For me, I’m learning Italian, exercise, and watch TV with my kids. I am also building R3ciprocity.
Most of the economic and #management models of life exclude those impactful elements. they are excluded, and humans are treated as machines.
In my own life, having these important elements are the reason why I work. They are the fundamental reason.
Why should we ever think about excluding them?
What is it that allows you to live a relatively #healthy life, while dealing with the mundane nature of what we do?
I think the key to remember is to find things that allow you to be joyful, And, if you really want to, allow you to grow. But, that is not necessary.
None of these things add to productivity in your life, but they improve who you are they make you feel more complete, and fill the voids where other temptations may sneak in that are less fruitful.
We need to have more open conversations about every day life. This IS the reason for economic productivity.

  • Fight Against The Negativity In Your Life
Life requires you to often manage #negativity in your life. One of the things that has been important to me is realizing that my thoughts are often in my control, and I can choose to actively manage how I engage with the world.
If I don’t feel well, I work towards feeling good.
I can choose to see all of the negative aspects, and that is easy to do. Or, I can choose to view positivity and the opportunities that are not yet there.
Actively work at becoming OK, and managing the world around you.
Ultimately, you are a remarkable person, and you have a great deal of opportunities ahead of you.
It just takes some time to achieve those opportunities.
You are the person that manages just now remarkable you see yourself.

  • But You Don’t Understand. I Need To Get This Done
you don’t understand. I need to get this done.
Those are the words that I often hear by people that are not centered. Many people that feel more centered have more time in the day, and will make time for anything that happens.
You will never have enough time. And you will always feel like other people don’t understand.
It’s up to you to decide to make time in your life.

  • Navigating Uncertainty In A Market
How does one navigate #uncertainty in a market?
Honestly, there’s no right way. We presume that there is a strategic way, but in most cases, it just involves self-forgiveness.
If I knew the right way, I think I should get paid more than what I do, have more friends, and live longer.
For every choice that has the expected outcome that you preferred, there are N others that result in outcomes that you don’t prefer.
Instead of thinking that you have to do things right and that there is a right strategic way, how about we assume that you will do things wrong more often than not.
I think a lot of it has to do with self-forgiveness with dealing with alternatives that are uncertain outcomes.
Our default should be that we will be a mess most of the time.
Being a mess and trying seems a lot better than having certainty, and not taking a leap.
    Take that leap.
    Admit your flaws.
    Let’s go!

  • Market Feedback And Doing Everything Right
in school, we thought that we’re gonna get feedback almost every day. You do an assignment, a teacher, and you get to see how you did. You get regular few almost every day
Mrs. mom reflection of reality. Most of us waiting for that validation and approval that we did something. Most of us want to know that we are good people.
You’ll never get that information in the real world.
Likely you will get, if you get feedback, will be something 10 years down the road. This feedback would be very intermittent, and Austin can be negative or positive. Never quite know what you’re supposed to do.
conception, that we get feedback, that there’s a market, that’s an external reality is made up construct.
Instead of waiting for that validation, realize that your validation is all of the privileges and access to right now. Drinking water, warm food, and somebody smiled at you yesterday.
Your validation and your feedback is settled. You get the opportunity to think
You get the opportunity to read and say something. Not everybody gets that opportunity.
Just remember how much of a remarkable opportunity that actually is.

  • Don’t Let It Have Power Over You
we all have traits that we feel bad about. If you have strong negative emotions, and you can’t openly talk about it, it means that it has power over you.
Don’t let things in your life have power over you. You may be unable to talk about things like money, your relationship, and other things because of the power that these feelings have over you.
Such strong emotions that we often have adverse reactions to them and do things that are not positive in our life, or in the life of other people around me.
Rather than letting those silly emotions dictate your life, have some conversations and try to figure out why you’re having those emotions.

  • Follow your passion
“Follow your passion” they say. I don’t have a passion, and neither do “they.”
#Academics are supposed to have a #passion for research.
#Managers are supposed to be passionate about people.
Your supposed to be a top passionate performer.
The idea that we have have to “follow your passion”, that we have one direction in life, is a bit of a misnomer.
Newsflash: Passions die and others may dwindle your passion.
Real world people are not nice and often actively work towards diminishing others’ passion.
Most people are a mess, and if you have a passion for two weeks, that is fantastic!
Don’t be upset if you don’t have anything that you’re driven by, and live your life as if you want to.
Honesty, I see “following your passion” often leads to #burnout and poor behavior.
Passionate people are often not fun to be around.
You may never have a passion and that’s OK.
    Be flighty!
Do things that are YOU at the moment.
Yes, you get specialization effects from being single-goal oriented, but be human.
    Humans are a mess.
    That is okay.
    You are okay.
