is it the role or the person that is leading to the behavior? Many of us are in different roles in society, and when we see certain behaviors, we often attribute those behaviors to the person. However, we often forget that these people are doing in their truck job. or simply just playing the part of the rule.
I struggled with thinking about how much it is actually the person versus the rule. If we take the perspective that it’s in person, we often think about leader ship. However, if we take the perspective of the role we think about status and position.
I don’t think there’s a right answer, but we may want to consider being more empathetic before you’re angry at other people, and more thoughtful, when you see things that you may believe are heroic.
