Fiji’s Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka is heading off on a state visit to China. It’s his first trip to Beijing since coming into office in late 2022, and marks the start of a diplomatic whirlwind tour which will see him travelling from China to New Caledonia as a member of a high-level Pacific envoy before heading to Tonga for the Pacific Leaders meeting.
