Host Kurt Hansen fires up Hour 1 of Race Central calling out Joey Logano for his questionable decisions over the weekend at Dover International Speedway. After concluding his analysis of NASCAR at Dover- Syd the Kid jumps on the mic and chats with Kurt about the star studded F1 Miami Grand Prix where Max Verstappen took the cake. Long time BMW motor sports manager Erik Wensberg joins the show to close out the hour and shares his experiences with BMW Motorsports. 

Hour 2 of Race Central with Kurt Hansen opens with Kurt discussing upcoming television opportunities for motor sports- particularly Austin Dillon’s new “reality” TV show and Netflix's’ new INDY Car series that will supposedly be similar to Drive to Survive. Motor racing expert “Photo” Joe Star joins us for our “Local Joe” segment and chats with Kurt about the upcoming Colorado Motorsports Hall of Fame. Kurt carries out the hour talking all things motor racing news and gives odds & predictions for all of the upcoming weekend events.  

Hour 1 of Race Central with Kurt Hansen opens up with Kurt detailing all of the motor racing news from the past week- most notably the Graham Rahal and Romain Grosjean drama from Sundays Honda Indy Grand Prix. Shortly after- IMSA GT3 Porshe Cup leader Parker Thompson joins the show and chats with Kurt about his incredible performance at Laguna Seca and about the difficulties of maintaining a career in motor racing.

Hour 2 of Race Central kicks off with host Kurt Hansen talking NASCAR coming up this weekend, and also tries to answer the question: Has NASCAR maintained the same energy as they started with at The Clash? World Renowned motor artist Alex Wakefield (or as Kurt says, the “Crayola King”) joins the show shortly after and fills listeners in on all of his upcoming showings and appearances.   To close out the hour, Kurt talks F1 and drag racing before sending us off prepped for another weekend of racing.

Hour 1 of Race Central with Kurt Hansen opens up with Kurt detailing all of the motor racing news from the past week- including the results from Talladega. Later on, Kurt details the odds and everything you need to know about this weekend's IMSA race at Sonoma and NASCAR at Dover International Speedway. To close out the hour- New York Times Best Selling Author Jade Gurss joins the show to talk about his book, Al Unser Jr: A Checkered Past. Jade tells us about his vision for the book and the emotional journey to its completion. 

Hour 2 of Race Central fires up with more motor racing news and teases for upcoming projects from host Kurt Hansen. Shortly after updating the listeners, superstar sports car racer Tyler McQarrie joins the show and catches up with Kurt on life and IMSA, fresh out of practice at Laguna Seca. To close the show, Kurt honors the late Dale Earnhart on what would have been his 71st birthday.  

After a week off, today's Race Central Show kicks off with Host Kurt Hansen detailing his trip over the weekend to the Grand Prix of Long Beach where Josef Newgarden took the W. Kurt also talks NASCAR at Martinsville and previews NASCAR’s upcoming race at Bristol Motor Speedway. To close out the hour, drag racing legend Don Prudhomme joins the show and chats with Kurt about off road racing and competing in the upcoming Norra 1000 at Baja.  

Hour 2 of Race Central begins with Kurt recounting Sebastien Bourdais incredible come back performance at Long Beach Grand Prix and a moment they shared together following his win. Shortly after, “Photo” Joe Star joins the show for our Local Joe segment- and talks with Kurt about the BTS Racing Series at Holyoke, CO. Kurt and Joe continue to touch on just about all of the latest news in motor racing. To close out the hour, Kurt gives a car review on the 2022 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. 

In today's shortened Race Central show, Kurt kicks things off by giving an overview of all the motor racing news from the week and details upcoming events- particularly NASCAR at Richmond this weekend. Later on in the hour NHRA superstar John Force joins the show and chats with Kurt about the 4 wide slide, gives thanks to Don Schumacher and finally tells a great story about seeing a children's movie with his family that resembles his own spiritual journey over the past few years. Vegas racing insider Rick Rosen joins the show during the second hour and gives great insight on Formula 1 coming to Las Vegas in 2023. Rick tells listeners how the race will affect all things Vegas.  

Hour two of Race Central with Kurt Hansen kicks off with a car review on the 2022 Volkswagen ID. 4. Kurt then switches gears to NHRA talk in the midst of Tony Stewart's first win. Shortly after Vegas Racing Insider- Rick Rosen makes his second appearance on Race Central and talks with Kurt about his efforts to bring safety barriers to public roads. Rick reviews all of the latest NASCAR news and gives his take on the season thus far. The hour closes with our “Local Joe” segment with “Photo” Joe Star. He and Kurt talk all things motor racing.
