Af: Elsje sit ongemaklik in 'n plastiekstoel.
En: Elsje sits uncomfortably in a plastic chair.

Af: Sy kyk elke paar minute na die skerm bokant haar.
En: She looks up at the screen above her every few minutes.

Af: "Vertraag" wys dit in helderrooi letters langs haar vlug na Kaapstad.
En: "Delayed," it shows in bright red letters next to her flight to Kaapstad.
