The generosity of God should grab our hearts, demand our attention, win our affections, and empower our actions.
God is generous with his words. He speaks consistently (at many times) and creatively (in many ways). Whether through prophets, angels, a burning bush, or a still small voice, the authors of scripture is constantly communicating that God speaks.
We serve the God who gives, Our Father is generous with His words. Knowing this, what are we to do?
Answer: When God speaks, listen.
The author of Hebrews writes that our ability to hear and our spiritual maturity and usefulness are connected.
