Today I interview my friend, artist, creator, and amazing mom, Joti Wall.

Today we talk about the new book Lara is reading called "The Mountain is You" and we discuss if "fine is the new rock bottom" and what that even means. 

Given that our podcast is called Radically Thriving, its interesting that on reflection, I am afraid to actually thrive because I don't want to feel spoiled or look like my life is SOOOO good, for fear of judgement from others. What I know from Gabby Bernstein is our judgements of others are our judgements of ourselves, so clearly these thought patterns exist in my life where people can't have TOO much success or happiness. I don't know where that comes from, but I am diving deep into it starting with this conversation.
