Health minister, Aaron Motsoaledi has given the green light on proposed amendments to the Medical Schemes Act. Deputy Minister of Justice and Correctional Services, Thabang Makwetla, opened the ex-offender conference in Pretoria, saying ex-offenders must be helped to become economically viable.
