A family from Vosloorus in Gauteng wants answers following the death of its member after she went to a clinic suffering from flu. Its alleged that twenty-three-year old Nonhlanhla Nyembesi went to Jabulane Dumane Clinic in Vosloorus last week where she received an injection and died the following day.
