The Cypriot, George Louka, who allegedly killed Teazers boss Lolly Jackson, died last night due to stage four lung cancer. Louka was extradited last year to stand trial in South Africa. He however applied for medical parole in April, but this was turned down. Jacques Steenkamp reports
