ARTS: The 8th of September this year marks 60 years since the passing of Solomon Linda who was the singer and composer of the world-renowned song ‘Imbube.’ We now find out more about the Solomon Linda Legacy Project from Dr Sipho Sithole.

President Cyril Ramaphosa is expected to meet with the Elders TODAY at his residency in Pretoria ahead the group's bi-annual meeting in Cape Town. The group is comprised of independent global leaders founded by former president Nelson Mandela with the purpose of tackling global societal issues. These include peace, justice and human rights across the globe. President Ramaphosa hope to use this engagement with the Elders to discuss the global recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic amongst other issues.
