INTERVIEW: The Western Cape High Court has ordered that government cannot be allowed to prevent people from distributing and receiving food. The One Thousand Women Trust approached the court after the Social Development Department enforced a ban on soup kitchens and drew up regulations that prevented the distribution of food parcels by NGOs.
