Warren is a musician from Belize and belongs to the Lebeha Drumming  Center, a collective that combines traditional music, education, and  cuisine to preserve and practice Garifuna, an endangered indigenous  language in Central America.

In this clip Eli Neztsosie introduces himself in Navajo, his mother  tongue, mentioning his ancestral lineage in a traditional way. He then  completes an old Native American story, originally from the Pacific  Northwest, the beginning of which is given to him here, in his own way,  referring to the land of his Diné ancestors.

Rilie Tane Zumbrennen is a versatile contemporary artist based in  Billings, Montana. Her work includes woodburning and mural painting and  almost always starts with a drawing on paper. She was recently  commissioned to do a giant mural painting as part of a public arts  project in Billings, her hometown.

Chloe Orwell and Brad Elvis are the founding members of The  Handcuffs, a Chicago-based rock band. They are currently scheduled to  play several shows to promote their new album, ‘Burn The Rails’, which  is out now on Pravda Records.

Jeanine Leane is an aboriginal writer, teacher, storyteller, and poet.

Michael Toya is a self-taught artist of Jemez Pueblo descent. His  artwork combines various mediums, including acrylic on canvas and  intricate freehand mat cut designs.

Daryl Black Eagle Jamieson belongs to the Pocasset Wampanoag Tribe  and Pokanoket Nation. He is the director of the Eastern Medicine  Singers, an Eastern Algonquin language drum group whose musical  performances are meant to combine healing with art, language  preservation, and community.

Hadiibah John is a Dîné artist and painter who likes to blend  traditional Navajo culture with modern art forms such as Japanese anime.  

Jeffrey Wolin is an art photographer whose work focuses on the stories of people from all walks of life.

Amanda Anastasi is a multiple award-winning poet who mainly focuses  on climate change in her work. She's originally from Melbourne which is  where she has worked in residency at MONASH, and the climate hub of the  University of Melbourne, for three years. Her job is to translate  scientific research and jargon into poetry in order to raise awareness  of climate change. She is about to start a new project focusing on the  Great Barrier Reef in Australia.
