Mason Snow, the General Manager in Boise, discusses how he and his wife got started with Chip Cookies, how much they have been able to learn about running a business along the way, and what it is about the business that makes it stand out in a competitive field.

Wyatt Schroeder Wyatt Shroeder is the Executive Director of CATCH, or Charitable Assistance to Community's Homeless. CATCH is a charitable program funded by the generosity of local organizations, which assists homeless families with housing and case management, allowing them to focus on a pursuit of self sufficiency. CATCH operates in three stages, which include getting people into safe and stable housing, setting goals and collecting the informational tools required to succeed, and graduating with a plan for long term success. Wyatt has made it his life's mission to end homelessness and has helped make incredible improvements to a broken system, which has changed countless lives for the better. He discusses topics that can be hard to address head on with a firm belief that the most difficult discussions are the most important and that everyone has a story that deserves to be told.

Sarah Shinn, President and CEO of Make-A-Wish Idaho, spends her days figuring out how to make dreams come true. Since it's founding in 1986, Make-A-Wish Idaho has granted over 1,500 wishes in the state of Idaho.
