On today's installment of Living Faith I decided to take a look at one of the most interesting individuals in the Bible in my opinion: Jonah. If you aren't aware of the story of Jonah, it is one that is filled with numerous ups & downs as well as important lessons that we can take with us. The story of Jonah is one of my personal favorites, and one that I think has many great takeaways for us!

Today's episode is a special reunion of sorts. My guest today is someone who I met many years back during my adolescence. They were always someone who I looked up to, and always made sure to make me feel important & valued. As we both grew up life took us in our separate directions, yet today I had the honor of meeting up with him again to chat. My guest today is named Landon Early, and, along with being newly inducted into fatherhood, is a Senior Content Producer at Hothouse Inc. out of Atlanta, GA. Growing up Landon was always an individual who had numerous creative outlets, and I was certainly excited to explore with him in our conversation.

In this new segment titled Living Faith I set out to explore my own faith, as well as that of those around me. Through this segment and subsequent discussions I hope to present an open & honest dialogue about real Christian lives that is accessible, entertaining, and informative anyone regardless of your faith background.

In this opening episode of Living Faith I had the honor of speaking with Mike Soto, the pulpit minister at Central Church of Christ in Chattanooga, TN. Mike has an incredible story of how he was able to find Christ in his own life, and follow his love for him to places both domestic and abroad. It was a great pleasure speaking with Mike!

Growing up I was not much a reader, nor was I much of a runner. At the time both of these activities were not something I particularly enjoyed, yet now I am able to reflect on my experiences with these activities in order to learn about something I call, "The Fear of Big Chapters."
