It’s the middle of January, and that means it’s the beginning of the television midseason! Before that, we recap our favorite new show of the fall and favorite show overall that knocked our socks off this fall. After that little topic, we turn our full-force attention to the midseason. We talk about the shows we are happy to see return, a new show we will watch, a new show we will avoid, and we begin taking bets on which shows we think will get canned before the season is over.

We also have a mini-discussion about The Devil Inside and how it received an F Cinemascore and yet still won the box office. WE SPOIL THE MOVIE, SO BEWARE AND LISTEN TO OUR CUE WHEN TO FAST FORWARD!

We’re back! After a two-week hiatus, the ScreenView gang is back and they do some quick hits, including the box office recap and box office attendance at new lows. After that, we forget the rest of the news and recap the movies and television shows we saw in 2011, which did not necessarily come out in 2011. We list out the movies and television shows we saw, wish we did see, and ones that we wish we could forget about.

We also come to a revelation as to why The Punisher pilot that was greenlit by FOX actually follows the storyline they say they do.

Then, we talk about October being a bad box office month, but hope is just around the corner.

We then jump into our new segment, where each of us pick a movie or television show that we saw and we review it (could be old, could be new). Aimee reviews Source Code and Peter rails on The Last Airbender. Also, new TV renewals and Peter raves about Showtime’s Homeland, and more!
