Meet artists sharing music on Free Friday downloads. Featured artists: GLAD, JodiAnn, Hugh Jarvis Hitchcock, Downthreat, Gidgets Ga Ga, Corey Lester.

Meet Matt Rombach one of the founders of Outsider Vocals. Outsider Vocals was created to help artists outside the mainstream gain notoriety for the music they make. These artists would otherwise not be getting the exposure they deserve. The site focuses on all genres of rock music, and recent reviews have included bands such as Set Your Goals, TV Heart Attack, and Valencia. Artist/fan submissions are accepted, and reviews are free; we do this merely because we enjoy sharing new music with others. All we ask for in return is that the artists featured spread the word about the website. Visit www.outsidervocals.com to see more, and contact us directly at [email protected] or [email protected].

September's guest is Tyrone Corbett, producer and co-principal of Bo-Ty Productions, LLC. Tyrone's work is well known in the music industry, he continues to tour with Will Downing, and is currently working with Anwar Robinson, season 4 American Idol finalist. You'll learn a lot from Tyrone's experiences in his 20+ years in the music biz.

Two tunes will be critiqued on the broadcast: "Jazz Junket" by Freddy and "No Time To Waste" by Leo. Both artists are members of F-Jam Collaboration Studios and can be found at http://fjamquickstart.blogspot.com/.

This Episode is a special treat for Jazz fans. Carl Lester-El is a renaissance man when it comes to music. He's played with Chaka Kahn and a host of big name musicians. We'll also be playing some of Carl's original music. Musician Edition listeners will get a sneak peak of his unreleased music.

This week's episode is all about celebrating Instrumental Heavy Metal. Today I'm featuring two incredible guitar players; Ben Carroll and Andrew Soto. You'll be surprised at the skill and creativity working behind the frets from these two artists.
