आंध्र प्रदेशातील लोकप्रिय तेलुगु चित्रपट अभिनेते एन. टी. रामाराव यांनी तेलुगु लोकांच्या कस्मितेचं रक्षण करणं, हाच पक्षस्थापनेमागे प्रमुख उद्देश असल्याचा दावा करत २१ मार्च, १९८२ छोटा गंजी तेलुगु देसम या नव्या प्रादेशिक पक्षाची थापना केली. आंध्र प्रदेश या काँग्रेसच्या पारंपरिक बालेकिल्ल्यात या पक्षाची स्थापना झाल्यानंतर या राज्यातील राजकीय समीकरणं बदलली आणि पाहता पाहता एनटीआर नावाच्या झंझावाताने राज्य काबीज करून टाकलं. मार्च १९८२ मध्ये स्थापना झाल्यानंतर अवध्या नऊ महिन्यांत राज्याची सत्ता मिळवण्याची आश्चर्यजनक कामगिरी या पक्षाने केली.
Informative session about the important personality. Lal Bahadur Shastri was an Indian statesman who served as the second Prime Minister of India. He promoted the White Revolution – a national campaign to increase the production and supply of milk – by supporting the Amul milk co-operative of Anand, Gujarat and creating the National Dairy Development Board. Underlining the need to boost India's food production, Shastri also promoted the Green Revolution in India in 1965. This led to an increase in food grain production, especially in Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. Shastri was born to Sharada Prasad Srivastava and Ramdulari Devi in Mughalsarai on 2 October 1904. He studied in East Central Railway Inter college and Harish Chandra High School, which he left to join the non-cooperation movement. He worked for the betterment of the Harijans at Muzaffarpur and dropped his caste-derived surname of "Srivastava". Shastri's thoughts were influenced by reading about Swami Vivekananda, Gandhi and Annie Besant. Deeply impressed and influenced by Gandhi, he joined the Indian independence movement in the 1920s. He served as the president of Servants of the People Society (Lok Sevak Mandal), founded by Lala Lajpat Rai and held prominent positions in Indian National Congress. Following independence in 1947, he joined the Indian government and became one of Prime Minister Nehru's key cabinet colleagues, first as Railways Minister (1951–56), and then in numerous other prominent positions, including the Home Minister.
Vishnu Sakharam Khandekar was a Marathi writer from Maharashtra, India. He was the first Marathi author to win the prestigious Jnanpith Award. In 1920, Khandekar started working as a school teacher in a small town, Shiroda, in the present-day Sindhudurg district of the Konkan region in Maharashtra. He worked in that school until 1938. While working as a teacher, Khandekar produced in his spare time abundant Marathi literature in various forms. In his lifetime, he wrote sixteen novels, six plays, around 250 short stories, 50 allegorical stories, 100 essays, and over 200 critiques.

Carl Linnaeus, also known after his ennoblement as Carl von Linné, was a Swedish botanist, zoologist, taxonomist, and physician who formalised binomial nomenclature, the modern system of naming organisms. He is known as the "father of modern taxonomy". Many of his writings were in Latin, and his name is rendered in Latin as Carolus Linnæus (after 1761 Carolus a Linné). Linnaeus was born in Råshult, the countryside of Småland, in southern Sweden. He received most of his higher education at Uppsala University and began giving lectures in botany there in 1730. He lived abroad between 1735 and 1738, where he studied and also published the first edition of his Systema Naturae in the Netherlands. He then returned to Sweden where he became professor of medicine and botany at Uppsala. In the 1740s, he was sent on several journeys through Sweden to find and classify plants and animals. In the 1750s and 1760s, he continued to collect and classify animals, plants, and minerals, while publishing several volumes. He was one of the most acclaimed scientists in Europe at the time of his death. Philosopher Jean-Jacques Rousseau sent him the message: "Tell him I know no greater man on earth." Johann Wolfgang von Goethe wrote: "With the exception of Shakespeare and Spinoza, I know no one among the no longer living who has influenced me more strongly." Swedish author August Strindberg wrote: "Linnaeus was in reality a poet who happened to become a naturalist." Linnaeus has been called Princeps botanicorum (Prince of Botanists) and "The Pliny of the North". He is also considered one of the founders of modern ecology.

१९७७ मध्ये आणीबाणी संपुष्टात आल्यावर भा.क.प. (मा.ले.) च्या प्रभावाखालील आंध्र प्रदेशातील लहान लहान नक्षलवादी गट एकत्र येऊन १९८० मध्ये भा.क.प. (मा.ले.)- पीपल्स वॉर पक्षाची स्थापना झाली, तर बिहारमध्ये पार्टी युनिटी, माओईस्ट कम्युनिस्ट सेंटर आदी गट गठित झाले. असे अनेक गट १९८१-९०च्या दशकात सक्रिय होऊन त्यांनी वेगवेगळ्या भागात आपली प्रभावक्षेत्रं निर्माण केली. १९६७-७२च्या काळातील चारू मुजुमदार यांच्यापेक्षा काहीशी वेगळी व्यूहनीती अवलंबून या गटांनी 'मास लाईन'चा स्वीकार केला व जनआंदोलने उभारण्यावर भर दिला. येथूनच या प्रवाहाची प्रदीर्घ क्रांतियुद्धाच्या दिशेने वाटचाल सुरू झाली.
