Mike discusses the story of Ross Ulbricht and the Silk Road legal case with Ross' mother, Lyn Ulbricht. Ross is serving a double life sentence + 40 years without parole for all non-violent charges, for what prosecutors claim was his role in the Silk Road website. Passionate about privacy and free markets, he was 26 years old when he made the site. He had no prior record and no victim was named at trial.

We discuss the case, liberty, freedom, the rights of the individual, mass incarceration and the prison industrial complex.

Featuring the remarkable music of Rae Fitzgerald.

Radio Orbit returns to the airwaves for the first time since June, 2008. Mike reintroduces himself and gets back into orbit mode.

Featuring the cool tunes of Paul Weber and the Scrappers.
